Refunds and the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy:

All participants who individually purchase the Clinical Health Coach course have been extended a "30 Satisfaction Guarantee" policy whereby each user has 30 days from the date of purchase to evaluate and use the content, mechanics of delivery and presentation of the course, up to the limitations imposed within the site itself (example - new content being posted every 6-8 days, etc). If at any time within that 30 day period a customer would like a refund, they may do so by emailing [email protected]. After the 30 day period has ended, no refunds will be processed for any reason.

For organizations who have purchased licenses in bulk (more than one unit), the 30 Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply. However, if any organization has concerns about the course or delivery, please email [email protected] and requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
